首先你要下*力量资料片 然后创造人物页面种族选吸血鬼 或者和一个吸血鬼关系成为朋友 然后请求他把你转化为吸血鬼就行了 还有一种比较简单的 就是用超级电脑修改器 把你的小人强制转化为吸血鬼。
晚上去酒吧有几率运到吸血鬼，然后跟吸血鬼提升关系，就会有让他把你的小人变成吸血鬼的选项出现。
PS：吸血鬼在关系栏里头像是红色边框。
《模拟人生4》包含了一个新特征，名为“智能模拟（Smart Sim）”，游戏中的虚拟市民和真人一样它具有交谈沟通的能力，并允许他们拥有情绪反应。这种设计使得几个市民聚在一起一起群聊成为了可能，增添了游戏中玩家进行派对的趣味性。
