习惯
Habits,whether good or bad,are graally formed.When a person does a certain thing again and again,he'll be obliged to do it in the same way by some unseen force.Thus habit is formed.Once a habit is formed,it is difficult and sometimes almost impossible to get rid of it.ThereforeIt is very important that we should take care in the formation of habits.
习惯,不管是好是坏,都是逐渐形成的.当一个人反复的做某件事时,他就会被某种看不见的力量驱使不得不以同样的方式再去做这件事,于是习惯就形成了.习惯一旦形成,就很难、有时几乎不可能改掉.因此,在养成习惯时我们都应该特别小心,这一点至关重要.
Good habits have many advantages.Going to bed early and getting up early makes us healthy.Diligence helps to succeed.Honesty helps to win the respect and trust of others.
良好习惯有着许多优点.早睡早起身体好；勤奋助人成功；诚实助人赢得他人的尊重和信任.
