有三种办法 如下
一

执行命令如下
C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost -k DcomLaunch

二、
在桌面上新建一个txt文档，然后在里面写入：“
@echo off
sc config DCOM Launch start= auto
net start "DCOM Server Process Launcher" ”（不包括“”）
最后另存为Dspl.bat,然后确定，你就会在桌面上看到一个dspl。bat的文件双击运行下就会把DCOM Server Process Launcher服务设成自动状态并启动了。

三、复制了保存 aa.reg 导入
