USMC（United State Marine Corps）的Marines Running Cadence（跑步军歌）是美军海军陆战队里的士兵们，尤其是在bootcamp（新兵训练营）里的士兵们跑步的时候常唱的一首歌，严格来说，这更象是一种“号子”，歌曲调子一定，而歌词就可以任意更改，可以说，任何一个Drill Sargent（操练教官）都编得出自己的歌词。
