没有substitute A with B这种用法。
substitute 的用法如下：
①n.替代物；代替（后可接for)
如：The mineral water is the substitute for tea when you are thirsty.
渴了时，你可以喝矿泉水作为茶的替代品。
②vi. 代替
常用搭配：substitute A for B 用B代替A
如：YOu can substitute this car for that one.
你可以用那辆车代替这一辆车。
