一、词义不同

1、dedicated to：把(时间、力量等)用在 ...、献给。

例句：This room is dedicated to me!

这间屋子是专门给我的！

2、be dedicated to：致力于; 献身于。

例句：I decided that my being should be dedicated to something useful for others.

二、语态不同

1、dedicated to在句子中作状语。
