1.原句错误，应该是I was so hungry. I could have eaten a horse.
改编过来也应该是I was so hungry that I could have eaten a horse.
2.不是同位语，同位语属于名词性从句的，跟在名词后面是对名词起解释作用或者表达其具体内容的，比如说The news that I have passed the exam is true.“ I have passed the exam ”就是对news的补充，news是名词，而且“ I have passed the exam is true”省略后也不影响。我通过考试的消息是真的→消息是真的。
