红烧狮子头
材料:
猪肉末,青菜芯,荸荠,全麦土司,葱姜,鸡蛋,料酒,盐,酱油,白糖,芝麻油。
做法:
1.葱姜切末,鸡蛋打散,一起加入肉末中。
2.肉末中加入料酒、盐同向用力搅拌至友粘性。
3.荸荠去皮切碎,全麦上司切碎加入肉末中搅拌均匀。
