As we all known,food safety is very impotant . Because food is on the primary position in our life.As the old saying goes,the food is what matters to the people. So food safety influences people's health and life.Some procers only think about earning money without thinking about ensuring food safty.they proce unqualified food. Some food supervisory departpents don't perform their ty completely.This behavior become food safety's hazard .
If we want to solve the problems, we must learn to protect our rights. Of course the procers must play their roles. Lastly, I hope that we can punish all offenders.

IN the food safety and procts crises that hit China in recent years, a small group of people have emerged in a curiously unattractive way: celebrities.

A number of film and TV stars have been the source of a peculiar controversy after appearing in TV or print ads giving testimonials about how wonderful this or that proct is. The problem was that some of the procts turned out to be sub-standard or even fakes that could damage your health. Fortunately for the stars, there were no specific laws governing people pushing fake procts so few ran into legal problems.

The new Food Safety Law, passed by the National People's Congress Standing Committee last week, is intended to remedy that. It states that groups or indivials recommending foods to consumers in fraulent ads can be held liable if people are harmed by the procts.
