The seeds,and the power to grow them,are contained in the most awesome machine ever human mind.Successis a choice and not a chance.You were born a winner.You were born rich.You can be a success if only you make the righy choice.
You cannot be successful without first developing your self-esteem.Your level of self-esteem is always based on the degree of control that you are able toexercise over yourself,and thus over your life.People with low self-esteem are people who do not believe that they have any power,or responsibility for their lives.They are the perennial victims and martyrs.They are leaves tossed by the winds of chance blown about with any sudden change in the weather.
You can exercise control ove your life only to the degree that you believe that you are responsible for everything that happens in your life.Failures think that everything happens by accident and chance.Successful people realize that they are responsible.
Everything happens as a result of something.If we can identify the cause,we can control the effect.We are responsible for what we choose to think and believe.One generally rises th the level that one expects.We are responsible for setting our expectations.Our success is dependent upon ur level of confidence.
If you associate with positive-thinking people,you are definitely going to achiece success.On the contrary,the opposite happens.We are responsible for finding,planting,and nurturing the seeds that contain future victory,born from setbacks.
In short,in all areas of your life,whether they are financial,physics,emotional,or spiritual,your are responsible.Once you recognize this,accept it,and firmly believe it,you are on the road to success.

Different people have different views on success. Some hold that making a great deal of money means success. Others argue that holding an important post in the government means success. Still others believe that having a high academic title at a famous university or a research institute means success.
In my opinion, success means brilliant achievement in our work. In other words, no matter what we do, making outstanding contributions to the development of our country and bringing help and happiness to others is success.
To achieve success, we should, first of all, have a clear long-term goal in our life. Besides, we should have short term goals in different periods of life. As we know, it is these short term goals that make our long-term goal possible. Second, we should be both perseverant and hardworking. Whatever we do, there are always two possibilities: success and failure. We should never lose heart when we e across difficulties or when we are confronted with failure. Instead, we should learn from our experience, build up our confidence and work even harder and *** arter towards our purpose. Third, we should follow the examples of those who are successful and learn from them. Finally, we should try to get along well with our clas *** ates and colleagues. To be or nor to be, that is a question. To succeed or to fail? How to succeed and how to achieve? These problems confuse many teenagers in nowadays.
We all have dreams, and we all work hard to realize them. But there will always be some problems and setbacks to stop the pace of advance. When they appear, what should we do? To stop or to go on? Mrs. Curie told us the answer. We all know that Mrs. Curie discovered radium, but how many people really know how hard she worked? At that time, there were many people disapprove of Mrs. Curie. Although she got over hundreds of difficulties, she still believed in herself and never gave up. Finally, she succeeded to discover radium. She proved that she was right by her continuous hard work and her strong spirit. We should learn from Mrs. Curie. The key to success is confidence. It makes you brave, helps you get over the troubles, and brings motivation to you. “Where there is a will, there is way” is an old proverb which almost everyone knows, but not all understand it so well. Actually, it means that if you are really resolved to do something, no matter how difficult it might be, never give up.
In fact, strong will is a kind of good quality which successful people should own. A great man is always one who has a firm resolution and an inflexible spirit. One will never succeed all his life without a firm will to get the final victory. As a rule, great tasks are acplished by men of strong will. For example, Dr. Sun Yatsen, the founder of the Republic of China, set the Chinese people free from the Manchurian rule through a long period of hard struggle. Many of his attempts failed and many of his followers were killed, but he had an inflexible spirit and stuck to his cause. Finally, he made the revolution of 1911 a success. The same is true of men in all walks of life.
It is quite obvious that there is nothing difficult in the world, if you make up your mind to do it, you will certainly acplish your end. That stands to reason. So as for students like us, we should have a good attitude towards failure. Facing with difficulties and failures, keep heads up and never give up. Besides, we should make full preparation, though strong will help us overe the difficulties, it is not for person who has no preparation.

Diligence is the first key factor to success. Diligence helps us remove ignorance, overe difficulties, and enlighten our minds. It makes a fool wise, and a poor man rich.
Devotion is another factor to success. Whatever we do, we must love it and do it whole-heartedly. Only when we set our minds on the job, can we do it well.
Furthermore, perseverance, or a strong will, is the last key to success. Without a strong will, we are likely to give up when we meet some difficulties.
