My name is XX and I’m now studying in Grade 2 of Shanghai XX School.
I want to go to UK because it is a great country. I admire it for its long history, colorful culture and good ecation environment. The universities in UK have great reputation all the time, which attracts students all over the world.
In the past, I thought studying was a boring thing, so I was not diligent enough.But now I graally had found the study pleasure from physics and mathematics and I realize the interesting and I’m working harder, especially on Math and Physics, I get “A” Levels for in my class. I have got an ability to study independently and that I can use what I have learned flexibly, so I won appreciation from some teachers. To be honest, my English level is ordinary, but I have made rapid progress in my English study and my spoken language is also good, so I think I thought I may adapt England's culture as soon as possible. I’m going to take a IELTS training class for six month and I’ll do my best to obtain good marks.
I’m quite active at taking part in some activities after school. Last year, I joined “Learning from the soldiers” and “Learning to do farm work” activities and I was praised by the school leaders.
My hobbies are extensive and what I like most is sports. In my spare time, I like playing football, basketball and table tennis. I think I can build up my physique in basketball, develop team spirit in football and make myself more nimble in table tennis. I’m also interested in Internet and computer games. Though it takes me some time, it can broaden my eyesight and make my life colorful.

I’ve got “A” for many subjects in my class, especially on Math and Physics. As I can always study independently and flexibly, I won appreciation from many teachers. To be honest, my English level is ordinary, but I have made rapid progress in my English study. Besides, my oral English is also good, so I have confidence to adapt to the culture of UK as soon as possible. I’m going to take an IELTS training programme for six months and I’ll do my best to obtain good marks.
