I have a healthy lifestyle .I get up early to do exercise .I like running most, it can make me energetic, therefore having a good study capacity..After school,I sometimes watch TV for relaxation. As for food, I eat vegetables and fruit quite often. I always drink milk before sleep. Then I can enjoy a sweet dream.My lifestyle helps me stay healthy and get good grades.

Lifestyle is one's way of living his life be it expensive or be it cheap. You can live a life in style provided that you can afford it. For a poor man like myself, I have to take bus to work not because it is environmental friendly but also more affordable for me. I can't to go to expensive restaurants but have to cook and eat at home most of the time. As for my past times I watch TV a lot, simply they are the cheapest entertainments avaliable. So, all in all, you can say that I am living a lifestyle without style!

Different people have different lifestyles. They do the same things from morning to evening every day. Usually, they write their plans on paper. But sometimes they remember what things they will do in their minds. I also have my own lifestyle. It is wonderful! I get up early on weekdays, and do the school things then. But at the weekend, I never get up early. I sometimes stay in bed until lunchtime. One day, I stayed in bed very late. It was a weekday. The clock rang. It was six thirty. But I didn’t hear it. I stayed in bed until seven o’clock. I looked at the clock and jumped from the bed to the floor. I was afraid, “Oh, my God, I will be late.” I shouted. So I didn’t have breakfast. I put on my shoes and took a taxi to the school. I was in good luck that day. I wasn’t late for school. I was pleased that time. I think I should get up earlier on weekdays or I will be late. I believe you get up earlier on weekdays. Best wishes for you.

Sometimes I feel swimming is tired but I always insist on it. I hardly sleeping for a long time, once a time. I've ever sleep for a long time and get up so late, I feel my head is ache, so I'll never sleep for a long time!
我经常早晨6点钟起床并通常吃早点。我一周游泳三次,有时候我感觉到游泳很累但我总能坚持游完，我不能谁懒觉，曾经我睡懒觉起床之后，感觉头很痛，因此我再也不要睡懒觉了！

If the weather is good, I often run with my dog after getting up in the morning.
And then I usually take a short shower before eating my breakfast with my family.
I always make sure I have diner with my parents at least three times a week, sometimes at a nice restaurant but mostly at home.
I hardly ever work overtime because I don't want be a slave of it and will never put the work before my family。
So this is my lifestyle and this is my life.
