My University Life
As everybody knows, the life in university is of great difference from that in high school. You don’t have to spend all your energy on your study. You will have much more spare time when entering university. There are plenty of associations organized by students on high grade, such as Guitar Association. Art Association, English Association, Film Association. You can join an association which you are interested in so as to make your life in university lovely and interesting.
University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others. Don’t be shy or nervous. All you have to do is speaking louder when you are standing before a great many people.
As far as I can see, self-control is one of the most important characters you ought to have. Maybe some students believe that they can play all day long without anything to do. If you really think that the life in university is full of freedom and you can do whatever you want to do, you will make a great mistake. ”Life is not easy for everybody, especially for those who hopes to lead a happy life”, a famous lady once said. That is to say , you have to try your best to learn and to pass exams in order to make your life become better and better with time going on . Make sure that you will not kill the time listening to the popular music or seeing the latest films.
Time won’t wait for a man. If you do your best to change your life, you won’t be regretful when you are old. If you put your heart into study, you will receive more than you expect to.
Where there is a will, there is a way. Make yourself a hard-working student.
My campus life
Before entering university, I thought college was like heaven. Going to university was my dream and I was looking forward to it. In my opinion, campus life was happy and very different from high school. There you can do anything you like. You didn’t have to do such much homework as before and didn’t have to stay up all night long. You didn’t have such pressure given by teachers or parents. Besides, you might date a girl or a boy you live. In a word, we would be free and happy.
After entering university, I find I am wrong and it’s different from what I thought. Here I have much pressure, because I’m not as good as others in study or art. I lose my confidence. I feel unhappy and very disappointed about my campus life and very frustrated.
In college you have to study if you want to be better than others.
You have to preview the lesson before class if you want to understand it. As a student majoring in English, you have to refer to a heavy dictionary most of the time. I am not used to English-only class for the first time. I can’t figure mew words out sometimes. I know I need more practice.
Besides, campus life is colorful and you have much free time. In you spare time, you may go shopping in varied department stores and supermarkets. You can also take part in all kinds of activities such as English corner, body-building dance, speaking competition. If you have enough courage, you will show yourself very well and you’ll be a star of campus.
Such is campus life, interesting and challenging. Graally I adjust my new life on campus. I believe I’ll have a wonderful time in four years.
My University Life
University, a good name, a beautiful place. Many students dream of it. After college entrance examination, I chose Henai Agriculture University. I believed my dream would become true there.
Fortunately, I was accepted by Henai Agriculture University. Now, I’m standing outside my dormitory on the fourth floor, locking the green campus, thinking, thinking……
On thinking I’ll spend my four-year university life here. I feel not only excited but also nervous and challenging.
Indeed, in such short time, I feel free as if I was a bird which just flied out of a cage. There are fewer lessons, and also I don’t have to get up earlier. In a word, there is enough time for me to study alone, to visit the library, to wander……
In addition, I feel the pressure of the competition here. There are so many persons of ability. Several days ago, I failed. But as we all know, nothing is too unsuccessful if you put your heart into trying it. It’s just a beginning. I believe there will be more chances to temper and present myself.
In short, I hope my university life is full of happiness, rather than sadness.
At last, I want to say, dream is sowed here and also success will be harvested here.
