say for example .. you are working with ABC Company and your name is Taylor 1ST - within 3 rings must pick up the phone .. use your sweet voice to say Taylor : "ABC , good afternoon. Taylor speaking" . Simple will do .. but if u want to more politely .. in addition you can say : "how can i help u ...? " Caller : Hi .. good afternoon .. can you put me to Teddy please ? Taylor : Yes, Sir. Please hold on the line Caller : Thank you. Taylor : Hello , Sir, I m sorry , Mr Teddy is not in , would you like to leave a message ?
