梦就是吾人没有熟睡所产生的心识活动，动善念是善梦，动恶念是恶梦，佛门称之梦中意识。梦是睡中意识活动的前后景像，如人白天之妄心一般，妄心飘浮不定，极为微脆，妄心强烈坚固，妄想亦随之而强烈，印象随之而清晰，梦中亦复如是，梦或多或少可预测事兆些，但机缘甚为渺小，正信佛弟子，不以梦为预测事兆为正途，毕竟，梦亦属妄识之类。
