摘要: 从湖水表层水样中筛选出纯净的光合细菌菌种。通过对光合细菌中的沼泽红假单胞菌在不同成分培养基学生长情况研究,结果表明该菌生长的最适pH值为6.5—7.5,最适温度在25℃—35℃范围之间,最适合纯种菌液接种量为10%,盐度低于2 g•L-1后,OD值逐渐下降;氮磷同化率与之对应。
Abstract: Pure strains of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) were isolated from lake surface water samples. Through the studying of the growth conditions of rhodopseudomonas palustris in the PSB under different compositions of culture medium, the results showed that the most suitable pH value for the growth of the bacteria was 6.5—7.5, the most suitable temperature was between the range of 25℃—35℃, the most suitable pure breed bacteria liquid inoculation amount was 10%, OD value was dropping graally afters alinity was below 2 g•L-1, and corresponding to this was the assimilation rate of nitrogen and phosphorus.

通过不同微量元素金属离子对光合细菌生长影响及氮磷同化率的研究,发现Mn2+、Zn2+对光合细菌生长无明显促进作用,Cu2+对PSB生长具有一定的正效果,0.1mg•L-1达到最高值;Mn2+ 、Cu2+对其氮磷同化能力起增强作用,分别在0.15mg•L-1、0.2mg•L-1达到最高值。
By concting research on the impact of different trace element metallic ions on the growth of PSB and the study of the assimilation rate of nitrogen and phosphorus, it was found that Mn2+ and Zn2+ had no significant promoting effect on the growth of PSB; while Cu2+ had certain positive effects and it reached optimum value with 0.1mg•L-1; it was found that Mn2+ and Cu2+ enhanced the assimilating ability of nitrogen and phosphorus, and reached an optimum value with ratio of 0.15mg•L-1 and 0.2mg•L-1.

Abstract:The pure PSB is sifted from the surface water sample in the lake。The study for the growth of Rhodop seudanonas palustris in the different ingredient culture medium shows this bacteria grows best in the environment with PH 6.5-7.5 and temperature from 25℃ to 35℃。The best amount of inoculation for pure bacteria is 10%。When the salinity is below 2 g•L-1,the OD is dropping graally。So does the N-P assimilation。The study of impacts on the growth of PSB from microelements metal iron and N-P assimilation shows Mn2+、Zn2+ haven’t clear promotion for the growth of PSB and Cu2+ has positive effects on the growth of PSB while 0.1mg•L-1 gets the top。Mn2+ 、Cu2+ can enforce the capability of N-P assimilation,which respectively gets the top in 0.15mg•L-1、0.2mg•L-1

Abstract: Select out the pure photosynthetic bacteria from the water sample got from the surface of the lake. After the research of the growth status of the rhodopseudom onas palustris in photosynthetic bacteria in different culture medium, the result shows that the most proper PH for this bacterium to growth is 6.5-7.5, and the proper temperature is 25℃—35℃, when the most proper inoculum concentration is 10%, with the salinity lower than 2 g•L-1, and OD descends graally; NPD assimilation ratio is consistent with that. Though the research of effect by different metal ions to the growth photosynthetic bacteria and NPD assimilation ratio, we found that Mn2+, Zn2+has little effect on the growth of photosynthetic bacteria, while Cu2+ take some positive function on the growth, and when 0.1mg•L-1, it arrives the climate; Mn2+ 、Cu2+ enforce the NPD assimilation, and it reaches the climate at 0.15mg•L-1and 0.2mg•L-1 separately.

Abstract: Select out the pure photosynthetic bacteria from the water sample got from the surface of the lake, and study its’ growth and NPD assimilation ratio. After the research, the result shows that the most proper inoculum concentration for Rhodopseudom onas Palustris to growth is 10%, with salinity 2 g/L, while the most proper PH for this bacterium is 6.5-7.5, and the most proper temperature is 25℃—35℃. The NPD assimilation ratio has a positive correlation with the growth of photosynthetic bacteria. After the orthogonal tests between the strains and three microelements, we analyzed the results and found that Mn2+, Zn2+and Cu2+ all have some positive effect on the growth of photosynthetic bacteria, and the extend of effect is Zn2+>Mn2+>Cu2+, while the density of Mn2+ is 0.15mg•L-1, Zn2+ is 0.10mg•L-1, Cu2+ is 0.20mg•L-1 in the culture medium, the bacteria grow best, and the related NPD assimilation ratio reaches the climax.
