We haven't seen each other for years\ages, 都行。外国人经常用的口语。
不过一般外国人不像中文那样说我们没见面了太形式化，他们一般说我很时间没见你了，例如 Hey, Tom,I haven't seen you for ages. Where have ya been these days? 哎哟，汤姆，我好久没见你了，这些天你跑哪去了啊？

但如果这句话是对第三者说的，那就只能是上述的说法，用我们。
比如我对lily说，我和tom很长时间没见了，那就只能说 We haven't seen each other for years.
