Discussiong on employees' welfare system in Zunyi Aluminum Corp.
Human resource ranks first the era of knowledge-driven economy. The themes of the times are to meet employees' needs, to attract, retain and motivate talents, to generate the core competitivenesses of enterprise, and to realize the common development of enterprise and employees. In this era full of competition, the welfare is important part of employees' income and economic guarantee. On one hand, a complete welfare system is very important to attract and retain employees; on the other hand, it is also a significant symbol demonstrating whether the company's HR system is healthy or not. A good design of welfare project is able to not only facilitate employees, relieve their worries and enhance their loyalties to the company, but also save labor costs to some extent as well as increase the company's social reputation. In this paper, we take the employees' welfare system in Zunyi Aluminum Corp as an example, mainly discuss the purpose and meaning of the implementation of the welfare system in Zunyi Aluminum Corp, the content of the welfare system, the problem of the welfare system and so on. By introcing the knowledge of elastic welfare system, we aim to improve employees' satisfaction about the welfare and their enthusiasm for work, so as to achieve the strategic goal of Zunyi Aluminum Corp.

Meeting the staffs' need, attracting and retaining qualified people, encouraging talent, constructing the core competitiveness of enterprises and realizing the co-development of enterprises and employees are the themes of the times. In this competitive era, employees welfare are a important component of personal income and economic security. On one hand, a complete welfare system is very important to attract and retain employees; on the other hand, it is also a symbol demonstrate whether the company's human resources system is healthy. A good design of welfare project not only gives employees the convenience, free them of their worries and increases their loyalty to the company, but also save labor costs to some extent while increasing the company's social reputation. In this paper, we take the welfare system for the staffs in Zunyi Aluminum Co., Ltd. as the research object, mainly discuss the purpose and meaning of the implementation of the welfare system in Zunyi Aluminum Co., Ltd, the content of the welfare system, the problem of the welfare system and so on. By introcing the knowledge of elastic benefits system, we aim at improving the satisfaction to the welfare system in employees in Zunyi Aluminum Co., Ltd. and rasing their enthusiasm to the work, thus to achieve the strategic objectives of Zunyi Aluminum Co., Ltd..
