　　Covering with soft hair, the appearance of White Tea is snow-like. It is the special local proct in Fujian and the districts of Fuding, Zhenghe, Songxi,Jian’an and otherwise are its main planting areas. A cup of white tea is clear with yellow greave colour and its flavour is delicate and sweet after tasting. White tea can be called a kind of tidbit.
　　The history of white tea can be cast back to the Northern Song Dynasty and was rife in Ming and Qin Dynasties.
　　White tea bears medicinal value. It can be used for cancer prevention,anti-cancer, heatstroke prevention, detoxification, etc.
