not more than:至多；不比…更
no=not any
对于前面是not的短语，一般都当“不，没有”的意思讲，而含no的短语，no的意思一般都是反的。当然，这只能是一部分短语的特点。
像 watch……for……观察xx为了xxx
而watch for 意为等待
对于短语的记忆还是建议平时多积累，这个没有什么好的方法。就像中国的歇后语，没有规律可言的。
