request that...(should) do sth...这里的do一定要用原型
类似还有pray , let，suggest等等这些表命令等语气的情态动词，这个be的前面还可以加上should，也可以省略。

requested 后面是引出宾语从句，这里又是被动语态，当然be用原型.
