My name is ###. I am coming from ### I really appreciate this interview oppertunity.
I am very outgoing. I have great social communication ability. I enjoy reading in my spare time, listening to music and climbing mountains with my friends on weekends. I have developed in software area for 6 six years, one of which I afforded the responsibilty of manager. Moreover, I passed the "Information System Program Management for Engeneers" examination by 2010.
I understood the valuable period of software, knowing how to associate with managing affairs and guiding team members to work together effectively. All above shows that I have effective abilities of analyzing datas, solving problems, absorbing new knowledges and exploring new items. Besides, I am familiar with the exploration of B/S projects, tests of relative softwares and figures, Sqlserver Oracle data bank and modeling devices like EA.
In conclusion, I believe I am an honest, dilegent, teamworking person who love software exploration. I firmly hope to get some challenge work.

你的叙述有一点点缺乏逻辑，我加了一点逻辑副词，但还是有点奇怪。就是先说性格优点比如开朗，再谈工作，又谈个人钻研能力，再谈工作。思路有一点点乱，最好在每一段讲自己优点是加入工作中的实例来证明。比如你说的钻研精神，可以在后面说上次我们要做###Project，你去Google Scholar 或图书馆找了N多资料，最后哪一点资料得到了充分运用，团队合作的结果如何。software上面我没什么发言权，这块儿我一窍不通。但我觉得面试还是有一定共同点的。我在面试前，我们老师就说面试官希望看到实在的东西，比如你的努力，你不同于他人的地方，你能为他们带来什么好处，这些也不仅仅是一句话说的事儿，要有具体例证。
啰嗦了一下个人观点，不对的地方请斧正。

I am open minded, good at getting along with people. In my spare time I like reading and listening to music and hiking with friends and doing some activities like this. I have a six-year
experience in developing softwares and one-year experience of project managing . I even passed the exam of "Information System Program Management for Engeneers" in the late of 2010.
I'm familiar with life cycle of software, and I know how to manage the progress of a project and lead the team members to work motivatively.I think I pocess a rather fine ability in analising and solving problems, and I think I also pocess a rather strong ability in learning and researching.
I'm familia with the tools to develop B/S programs and its related techniques. Familia with how to test softwares and the development of EXCELs report, familia with Sqlserver Oracle database and EA model set up tools.
I would like to access myself as an hornest man, who is hard-working, ready to be cooperative, and crazy but creative at software development.
Finally I would like to express my wish, I'm willing to do some challengeable work if I can be employed!
