1.select * from user_col_comments where table_name='表名'

2.select * from USER_TAB_COMMENTS where table_name='表名'

第一个是查字段注释，第二个是查表的注释，表名需要大写

select * from ALL_COL_COMMENTS where table_name='表名' and owner="模式名"

select * from ALL_TAB_COMMENTS where table_name='表名' and owner="模式名"
表名模式名均要大些
