Reflections on the cultural differences between China and the West
Abstract
Generally speaking, comity is a rule, a kind of language and a tool of the communication. With the globalization of the whole world, western culture floods into China. As we all know, cultures between China and western countries are almost totally different, hence, the traditional culture in China must be impacted by the western culture graally. People will and should reflect and discuss the following two topics: how to protect and drive the traditional culture of China with western culture effectively; how to build the harmonious society in terms of the comity. The dissertation focuses on the difference between the two cultures in the respects of language, food, clothes and so on, and some advises and reflections on amalgamation of the two cultures.
