My ideal neighborhood relationship is:
it's a regular thing for neighbors to visit each other. The first time to visit a neighbor is in the daytime on weekends.
There is plenty of time, and it will not be treated as an unexpected guest to bring a small gift to the neighbor.
If the neighbors come to visit me, I will be enthusiastic To be polite.
To build a good neighborhood:
Living under the same roof, neighbors meet each other every day, which requires each other to respect each other.

我理想的邻里关系是：
到邻居家串门是邻里间经常的事。第一次去拜访邻居，是在周末的白天，时间比较充裕，也不会被当作不速之客，给邻居带份小礼物。如果邻居主动上门做客，我也会热情周到，以礼相待。
建立良好的邻里关要做到：
同住一个屋檐下，邻居间天天见面，这更要求彼此要尊敬对方。尽量注意不在邻居夫妇只有一方时串门，以免造成不必要的误会。不随便盘问邻居隐私，比如对方的婚姻状况，收入情况等。

一般现在时表示现在的状态、经常的或习惯性的动作、主语具备的性格和能力等。
1、时间状语：Always, usually, often, sometimes, every week (day, year, month…），once a week(day, year, month…），on Sundays（on Mondays …）.
2、基本结构：主语+be/do+其他；（如主语为第三人称单数，动词上要改为第三人称单数形式）。
否定形式：主语 + am/is/are + not + 其他（此时态的谓语动词若为行为动词，则在其前加don't，如主语为第三人称单数，则用doesn't，同时还原行为动词）。
一般疑问句：把be动词放于句首；用助动词do提问，如主语为第三人称单数，则用does，同时，还原行为动词。
