To keep healthy, we eat the right food. We should develop knowledge about vitamins and minerals in our food and should be aware about the need to keep fit. We should include carrots, onions, garlic and plenty of leafy vegetables in our diet. It takes more than food to be healthy. We should go in the sunshine and exercise, and enjoy the sun. So eat carefully, exercise for health for a better healthy lifestyle and also should be one of the most important priorities in our life. ( 86 words字)
