实习日记作用

首先，实习日记可以帮助应届毕业生加强修养，提高思想觉悟。实习日记记下的是应届生自己实习过程中真实的思想感情，惟其真实才有价值。因此，应届毕业生要敢于正视自己在实习工作中的思想实际、工作实际、生活实际，把实习中学到的东西，最真实的感受记录下来。
其次，实习日记可以帮助应届毕业生积累工作经验，提高工作能力。工作结束了，晚上检查一下，有什么成绩，有什么缺点，遇到什么困难。成绩是怎样取得的，缺点是怎样产生的，困难是怎样克服的，都可以想一想。把体会记下来，对做好以后的工作会有帮助。
