一般说来，短语或从句作主语，往往表示的是单数概念，谓语动词应该用单数形式。但是 what 引导的主语从句有时候后面是并列的表语，表示复数概念，谓语动词需要与复数主语保持一致，例如：
What I wanted was (a few days' rest). 我最想要的就是能休息几天。【单数概念】
What I wanted were (a few days' rest and some big meals). 我最想要的就是能休息几天并美美地吃上几顿。【复数概念】
