百香果洗净晒干才切开过程别碰水不然会发发霉玻璃樽一个洗干净晾干不能有汽水把百香果和糖放到瓶子里面一层百香果一层糖一层叠一层装到玻璃樽九分满留10%为发酵空间瓶口用2至3层塑料袋盖上绑紧再封盖子封好后把玻璃樽放置在阴凉处必须通风静置1至2个月然后就大功告成了也可以在过程当中加入自己米酒或者高粱酒在密封
