哈哈，小妞，你的情况跟我一样，我的电脑就是散热器爆掉了，然后我又瞎搞，所以就坏了！跟你讲，我问过专业人士的，散热器什么的没什么用的，最多只能就能降2到3度左右，你的电脑肯定是散热口被灰尘堵住了，你拿去专门的电脑维修店让他们帮你做次电脑维护清理，还比较便宜的，大概就没什么问题了。因为现在天气比较热，笔记本散热都不怎么样，所以现在电脑不能一天到晚开着，开了2到3个小时就要关掉的，让它休息一下，或者你开空调玩电脑，不过都不能开太长时间的！放心，你的电脑应该没事的啦···

夏天笔记本的温度是挺高的，70度左右都算正常的，不过*十度就不正常了，有时软件监测也不一定准确，不过一般都差不了多少的，你摸摸键盘表面或者底部很烫就知道了，如果你买了一年以上建议你拆开清除一下散热口和风扇的灰尘，我原来的本子3年没清过，拆开吓一跳，散热口居然都堵塞了，清理之后下降了20度，你还可以买一个散热的底座，也能降10度上下

温度是高，但软件也有误报的情况，你可以换个软件检测看看。另外建议加个散热底座，有几十块钱的，也有几百块钱的。你可以用手看尽出风口是试试，有没有风，是不是散热口堵了，做下清洁，一百元左右。如果偶尔*十度，可以不必担心。

如果是笔记本电脑，买个散热的风扇底座放电脑下面可以保持到70度左右，我用的是带扩展口的，有三个小风扇对着电脑吹，不用外接电源，USB插口的，便宜的有20快钱的，还可以折叠放进包里
