一般情况下：just now(刚才)是一般过去时；at that moment(那时候/在那时)表过去进行时或一般过去时；all day (整天)一般用于现在完成时或现在完成进行时。
如：He went out of the room just now.(他刚才走出房间了)
What were you doing at that moment?(你那时在干什么？)
He just came back at that moment.(他那时侯刚回来)
I've had a toothache all day.(我牙疼了一整天)
I've been doing my homework all day.(我做了一整天的作业)
as soon as 一般用于主句是一般将来时或一般过去时句子中，具体情况具体分析。
如：I will write you a letter as soon as I get there.(我一到那儿就会给你写信)
The boys stopped talking as soon as the teacher came in.(老师一进来，男生们就停止交谈了)
for接一段时间，一般用于完成时句子中，（现在完成时，过去完成时以及过去完成进行时）
