Be affectionate towards your her.Exhibiting affectionate behavior tells your grandma you love and appreciate her for all they've done.Say "I Love You" ring phone calls and other opportune moments.Give her hugs when greeting her,and say "thank you" occasionally.Your grandma will feel loved and honored upon being showered with sincere affection.
