1、Eat new year's Eve dinner（吃年夜饭）：

Eating New Year's Eve is the most lively and happy time for every household ring the Spring Festival. 

New Year's meals are cooked a few days ago, and New Year's Eve meals are always cooked on the 30th day of New Year's Eve.

In the north, mplings for New Year's Day are also packed in the evening.

There are many famous halls for New Year's Eve dinner. There are mplings, wonton, long noodles, Lantern Festival and so on in different parts of the country. 

People in the north are used to eating mplings ring the Spring Festival, which means to alternate the old with the new.

The custom of eating mplings was handed down from the Han Dynasty.
